We  are looking for committed forever homes for our next litter of AKC quality westie pups.  You will receive AKC papers, a 3-6 generation pedigree, 1 year genetic health guarantee along with a very socialized, healthy and loving companion.

Please note that the AKC papers will be marked limited registration. Limited registration means that you cannot register the offspring of your dog or show for conformation (a spayed or neutered dog is not eligible to be shown for conformation). Limited registration dogs are eligible for other AKC events.

Never buy a puppy from anyone unless you see where that puppy was born and raised and the conditions that the puppy's parents are kept in.

Avoid puppy mills by buying dogs from local breeders or adopting from a shelter.

When you find a knowledgeable breeder, learn about their breeding practices:

The breeder should only breed one or two types of dogs.

Puppies should be kept within the home and not in outdoor kennels.

The puppies should appear healthy and happy.

The breeder is willing to show you where the dog is kept,  should be a clean well-maintained area.

You should be allowed to meet at least the mom of the litter.

Make sure you get a written contract with a health and genetic guarantee.

 Quality is more than "just a pretty face". Quality of a Westie includes many things. Some factors to consider for a Westie should include.

• Temperament: Does this Westie puppy have a sweet temperament and personality that this breed is expected to have? Will it grow up to be a sweet loving companion for the whole family?
• Health: Is this Westie puppy from a responsible breeder where health issues are important? Hereditary and congenital defects are something that reputable breeder strive to keep out of their lines.
•  Registration: Are the Westie pups registered with  AKC or the CKC? AKC has been around for many years comparing to CKC which was about 15 years. Can you be sure you are getting a pure bred dog or possibly a mix with CKC papers or worst yet no papers at all.
